Objective

The student is familiar with the factors that influence the management of a diverse work community. The student is able to describe the key opportunities and tensions related to leading a diverse work community. The student recognizes the requirements of diversity for local management and is able to describe methods that support the functioning of a diverse work community. The student is able to evaluate the suitability of different operating models in conflict situations in the work community. The student is able to assess his / her ability to work in the management of a diverse work community.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student participates in the teaching passively and does not participate in the discussion.
The student uses concepts, but the application is superficial.
The student evaluates the suitability of the operating models, but the analysis remains partly unbelievable.
The student evaluates his / her own learning concisely.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student participates quite actively in teaching and presents his or her own opinions from time to time.
The student uses the concept with appropriate application.
The student comprehensively evaluates the suitability of operating models.
The student is able to evaluate his / her own learning to some extent.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student actively participates in teaching and presents his or her own analytical opinions on the issues discussed.
The student uses the concept insightfully.
The student evaluates the suitability of operating models with appropriate justification.
The student is able to evaluate his / her own learning in various ways.
