Objective
The student:
- Can define and explain the basics and concepts of strategic and personnel management, including the management of occupational well-being
- Learns about the principles and methods of dialogic organization and dialogic management and development
- Can identify, evaluate, and present development proposals related to the organization's management and development culture and quality work
- Can define the importance of customer participation in the development of work and quality
- Finds solutions for the operations of physiotherapy companies as service providers in welfare areas (Wellbeing Services Counties)
- Can define the areas related to the productization and marketing of services, considering the needs of customer groups
- can justify their own expertise when marketing services
Content
- The key concepts of strategic management, personnel management and occupational well-being management (E.g. strategy, strategic management of human resources and occupational well-being)
- Dialogic organization, dialogic management and development
- Different methods of quality management and evaluation and development of work community activities
- Consideration of customer orientation and customer participation as part of the development of the organization and its services
- Social welfare centers related to welfare areas (Wellbeing Services Counties) and their organization, e.g., providing physiotherapy services
- Productization and pricing of services, considering societal challenges and effects on service demand and production
- Understanding customer needs in marketing and branding
- Sales pitch about one's own expertise, i.e., an elevator pitch
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
- The student recognizes the basic concepts of management, especially human resource management, well-being at work and quality management.
- The student knows what is meant by a dialogic organization and dialogic management and development, including the customer participation aspect.
- The student can define the key issues of productization and marketing of services.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
In addition to the previous ones:
- The student can define and compare different principles and methods of personnel management, well-being at work and quality management in the work community.
- The student can explain what is meant by a dialogic organization and dialogic management and development, including the customer participation aspect.
- The student can justify the areas related to productization, quality and marketing of services and can give a clear marketing speech about their own expertise.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
In addition to the previous ones:
- The student can analyze and evaluate personnel management and the well-being at work and quality management in the work community.
- The student can analyze and evaluate dialogic organizational culture and dialogic management and development, considering the customer participation aspect in the work community.
- The student can also present development proposals related to the above-mentioned matters.
- The student knows how to plan and implement versatile service productization and marketing and can give a marketing speech about their own expertise.
