He knows what influences human activities in organizations and can make choices related to organizations. The student knows the factors belonging to the individual, group, and organizational level in organizations and the work community, and their impact on the success of the company.
The student knows the tasks of the supervisor and the effects of close management on the work community. He identifies the characteristics and benefits of key leadership models. The student can identify their management skills and areas for development.
