-create a customer-oriented service concept that leverages experiential elements
Content
The concept and significance of experiential elements in service business
Introduction to the principles and methods of service design
Researching customer needs as part of building user experience
The role and methods of creative ideation in developing experience services
Teaching methods
Online, face-to-face, independent work.
Student workload
One credit (1 ECTS) is equivalent to approximately 27 hours of work. The student's calculated working time is around 54 hours.
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
Pass: The student can describe the steps and work processes used in service design. Can use up-to-date information and tools to carry out the work. Can assess his/her own competence. Participate in one workshop to present the event you are planning.
