Objective

The student can describe factors affecting individual motivation and the core processes of organisational management. The student is familiar with the characteristics of expert work and of managing expert organisations. The student can assess his/her weaknesses and strengths from the perspective of management/leadership.

The student can describe main factors affecting individual motivation and the core processes of organisational management. The student can explain some of the challenges of supervisory work. The student can mention some of the characteristics of expert work and of managing expert organisations. The student can to a degree assess his/her weaknesses and strengths from the perspective of management/leadership.

The student can describe the factors affecting individual motivation and the core processes of organisational management, indicating understanding of the critical elements. The student can explain challenges of supervisory work analytically. The student can describe the characteristics of expert work and of managing expert organisations. The student can assess his/her weaknesses and strengths from the perspective of management/leadership.
