Objective

After the course, the student can tell the meaning of outreaching services in a library work. S/he can separate different patron groups in outreaching work. The student can use different working methods in planning and implementing library services to different patron groups. The student can analyze special characteristics of mobile library, institutional libraries and home delivery services. The student knows the guidelines of accessible library services and s/he can tell how to improve the accessibility of library space and services. The student identifies the needs of clients of different cultural backgrounds.
