Descriptions
During the studies, the student will develop expertize in wellbeing management. Wellbeing management refers to the development of methods, structures and processes related to wellbeing and health promotion. When completing the studies, the student will be able to plan, implement, evaluate and develop, as well as manage the processes of wellbeing and health promotion at the municipality level, as a service provider, or inside an organization. The student can function in cross-administrative processes in his/her operational environment. The studies are working life oriented.
The studies provide the possibility to network, increase understanding and expand the student’s competence as an expert of wellbeing and health promotion. The student deepens his/her competence regarding the broad meaning that physical exercise, nutrition and the environment have in wellbeing and health promotion, taking into consideration the phases of practical physical exercise and the course of life.
