The studies focus on the development of intellectual capital and marketing communication and the management of service design. After completing the studies, a student understands the connection between competence management and organizational strategy and success. The student is able to plan, evaluate and manage goal-oriented, integrated marketing communications on operational and strategic level of a firm. He/she can apply the process and tools of service design in order to develop organization's operations.
