Content

Course description:
This course introduces the skills and competences required for real-time remote services in the social and health care sector. The course introduces real-time distance counselling, treatment, care and rehabilitation services and examines these services from both professional and client perspectives.
Concepts related to distance services.
Different types of remote counselling, telecare and tele-rehabilitation services.
Benefits and challenges of distance services from the perspective of professionals and clients.
Competences required for distance services.
Assessing the suitability of distance services.
