The student knows how to
• introduce a variety of cross-sectoral farms
• form an overall picture of the role of multidisciplinary farms in the field of entrepreneurship
• explain the background factors that led to the multidisciplinary and the strategic choices of the entrepreneur
• identify funding opportunities for multidisciplinary farms
Content
Basic concepts of competence and competence management, different possibilities of competence identification and assessment and its development in the company, different dimensions of competence management, individual and company competence, SECI model.
