Objective

Good self-management skills will help managers work purposefully and effectively utilizing their own resources. After completing the course the student identifies the significance of self-management. They recognize the factors that affect their behavior as well as their strengths and development sites for self-management in different areas. The student knows how to use the ways to develop self-knowledge and change readiness. Can take advantage of this when working in the work community and in supervisory work.

The ability to identify, develop and communicate one's own skills are essential working life skills and therefore it is important to learn self-management. The course includes a pre-assignment. You build a written work / learning diary from the course, the ultimate goal of which is an understanding of yourself. Also include thoughts on the pre-assignment.
