Objective

The student is able to find and apply in practice legislation concerning employment relationship. S/he is able to make a valid employment contract and a testimonial. The student knows the content of essential individual and collective labour law and social security of an employee.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Exellent (5): The student is able to find and apply very well in practice essential laws concerning individual and collective legislation as well employee´s social security legislation.
