Objective

The student is able to name key human resource management processes. He/she can explain, how tasks related to these processes are done in practical level. The student can perform HRM tasks with HRM management and as HRM team member. He/She understands the importance of HRM and impact of it.

Content

Core processes in HRM, HR planning, staff acquisition, and orientation, performance appraisal, HR development, reward, well-being at work, employee experience, early intervention model and organizational development (= OD).

Basic studies common to the degree programme, Organisational, 4 cr

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student knows the key parts of HRM processes and practical part of them.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student is able to name part of HRM processes and understands, how these tasks are done in practice. He/She knows part of HRM key tasks and content of them and is able to do them.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student is able to name key HRM processes and knows how these tasks are done in practice. He/She knows HRM key tasks and content of them and is able to do these tasks.
