Objective
The student knows the different levels and factors of organizational behavior and is able to utilize them in work and management. He knows what influences human activities in organizations and is able to make choices related to organizations. The student knows the factors belonging to the individual, group, and organizational level in organizations and the work community, and their impact on the success of the company.
The student knows the tasks of the supervisor and the effects of close management on the work community. He identifies the characteristics and benefits of key leadership models. The student is able to identify their own management skills and areas for development.

The student is well aware of the basics of organizational behavior, is able to describe and analyze the tasks of managers and employees, and is able to develop a certain working atmosphere. The student is able to recognize the concepts of management communication and also to analyze their use as a support for management.

The student knows the basics of organizational behavior very well, is able to describe and analyze the tasks of managers and employees very well and is able to develop a work atmosphere.
