Objective

After completing the course, the student is aware of the whole of close management and knows the basics of effective close management and knows how to evaluate management in a work community. He understands the separate roles, responsibilities, and obligations of a supervisor and knows how to apply them. He knows how to act in various interaction situations between superiors and subordinates and solve various problem situations in the work community. He knows how to evaluate and develop the management of occupational well-being. The student can define and explain separate ways of evaluating, identifying, and developing competence in an organization. He knows how to apply competence management methods in cooperation with the organization's management.
