Objective

The student knows and knows how to evaluate the different review levels and factors of organizational behavior and knows how to use them in work and management activities. He knows what things affect human activity in organizations and knows how to make choices related to organizations. The student knows the factors that belong to the individual, group, and organizational level in organizations and the work community, and their impact on the company's success.

The student knows the duties of a supervisor and the effects of close management on the work community. He recognizes the characteristics and benefits of key management models and knows how to apply them in practice.

The student knows the basics of organizational behavior. He remembers and understands the tasks and responsibilities of the supervisor. He remembers and understands the factors affecting the successful work of an individual, a group, and an organization.

The student can apply and evaluate the basics of organizational behavior and can apply and analyze the tasks, responsibilities, and management models of a supervisor. He can evaluate and apply the activities of individuals and groups in the work community and knows how to evaluate organizational structures.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student can apply and evaluate the basics of organizational behavior and can apply and analyze the tasks, responsibilities, and management models of a supervisor. He can evaluate and apply the activities of individuals and groups in the work community and knows how to evaluate organizational structures. In addition, the student can plan and develop the contents of the course.
