Objective
The student is able to:
- define occupational physiotherapy expertise in occupational health care, consindering the legislation
-use and apply different biomechanical measurement methods along with digital and technological applications in the assessment of occupational well-being and maintaining work ability
- assess and analyze ergonomic and workload-related problems, and identify solutions for improvement
- design, implement and report on essential findings of ergonomic and physical workload in a workplace assessment as part of a project
- based on workplace assessment findings, plan and apply activities to support work ability in cooperation with the work communities as the project progresses
- work as a project team member in different roles with companies collaboration, being aware of their responsibilities and obligations

Students:
- define occupational physiotherapy expertise in occupational health care considering the legislation in a narrow way
- can use and apply different biomechanical measurement methods along with the digital and technological applications in the assessment of well-being at work and maintaining work ability with the guidance
- need support to assess and analyze ergonomic and workload-related problems and identify sollutions for improvements
- can design a workplace assessment, but implementing and reporting the essential findings related work ergonomics and physical workload in a project is concise
- need guidance to plan activities to support work ability according to the findings and cooperation with the work community in a project
- is able to take a specific role in a project team in collaboration with companies regarding the responsibilities and obligations
- can evaluate his/her own performance in a limited way
Assessment criteria, good (3)
Students:
- can define occupational physiotherapy expertise in occupational health care considering the legislation
- independently use and apply different biomechanical measurement methods along with the digital and technological applications in the assessment of well-being at work and maintaining work ability
- can assess and analyze ergonomic and workload-related problems and identify solutions for improvements
- can design, implement and report essential findings related work ergonomics and physical workload in workplace assessment consistently
- plan activities to support work ability according to the findings and cooperation with the work community in a project
- is able to take a flexible role in a project team in collaboration with companies regarding the responsibilities and obligations in changing situations
- can evaluate and develop own professional performance and competence

Students:
- can comprehensively define occupational physiotherapy expertise in occupational health care considering the legislation in the changing operating environments
- use and apply in a properly and safe manner various biomechanical measurement methods as well as the digital and technological applications in the assessment of well-being at work and maintaining work ability
- can comprehensively assess and analyze ergonomic and workload-related problems and identify solutions for improvements with justification
- can design, implement, and report in a workplace assessment essential findings related work ergonomics and physical workload clear and consistently in a project
- can plan activities to support work ability according to the findings and cooperation with the work community in a project in a professional way as the project progresses
- is able to work professionally and committedly as a project team member in different roles and collaboration with companies regarding the responsibilities and obligations in changing situations
- evaluates and develops his own professional performance and competence systematically and critically
