Objective
The Student:
- Knows the most central neurology contents from the point of view of physiotherapy
- Can explain disorders of the central nervous system and their effect on functional capacity
- Understands the importance of proper drug treatment in the rehabilitation of a neurological client
- Able to observe and guide the movement and daily activities of a neurological client, taking into account the basics of biomechanics
- Knows how to choose appropriate examination methods for a neurological client and apply the examination results in the implementation of the physiotherapy process (therapeutic exercise and pain management methods)
- Familiarizes with the possibilities of robotics and is able to utilize well-being technological solutions in their operations

- Neurology
- Changes in functional capacity caused by neurological diseases at different ages
- Considering the effects of drug treatment in physiotherapy
- Assisting, guiding, analyzing the movement of a neurological client and the basics of biomechanics
- Examining the neurological client, drawing conclusions, therapeutic practice, pain management methods
- Robotics and wellness technology

Student:
- Partially recognizes the basics of neurology
- Is able to identify the effects of disorders and diseases of different organ systems on the functional capacity of different ages in physiotherapy of a neurological client
- Partially recognizes the importance of drug therapy to the functional capacity of the neurological client
- Partially understands the basics of biomechanics in analyzing and directing the movement of a neurological client
- Recognizes neurological examination methods and is able to define therapeutic training for a neurological client as well as different methods to support functional ability
- Partially recognizes the possibilities of robotics and wellness technology in the physiotherapy of a neurological client
Assessment criteria, good (3)
Student:
- Recognizes the main features of the basics of neurology
- Is able to explain the effects of disorders and diseases of different organ systems on the functional capacity of people of different ages in physiotherapy of a neurological client
- Identifies the importance of drug therapy to the neurological client's functional capacity
- Understand the basics of biomechanics in analyzing and guiding the movement of a neurological client
- Knows how to choose appropriate research methods and is able to guide a neurological client in therapeutic exercise and utilize different methods to support functional ability
- Identifies the possibilities of robotics and wellness technology in the physiotherapy of a neurological client

- Is able to apply appropriate research methods and their results in the guidance of therapeutic practice, as well as use versatile different methods to support the functional capacity of a neurological client
