Objective
The student knows how to define project phases and working methods, and knows how to make a project plan and report on the completed project. The student is able to act as a member of the project team in different roles when implementing the project and to present the tasks related to the different phases of the project cycle with their responsibilities and obligations

They are able to make different project plans and have a good understanding of project implementation and management. The implementation has been carried out in a controlled manner and reporting is consistent.

The student has an excellent command of the most central concepts and management methods of the project. They are able to make different project plans and analyse them. They have a very good understanding of project implementation management and leadership. The implementation has been successful in accordance with the plan and reporting is clear and consistent.
