Objective

The student is able to search for and apply in practice employment-related issues, e.g. legislation on protection against dismissal and the rights and obligations of the parties. The student is able to form a picture of the laws related to employee social security. He/she is able to use ERP systems in the payroll process and understands the effects of payroll process entries on the company's results and financial position.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Approved: The student manages the rights and responsibilities of the employee and the employer. The student understands the content of the termination policy and the conditions for terminating the employment relationship. The student is able to use an ERP system and outline the connection between the payroll process entries and the company's financial position.
