Objective

The student

- Understands the basics of exercise physiology as part of the sport-specific training of the athlete
- Can explain the basics of motor learning in learning and teaching skills
- Can accurately classify physical requirements and load factors in different sports
- Can choose suitable sport-specific methods for measuring and testing an athlete's physical performance
- Can implement a sport performance analysis and thus choose and plan appropriate ways to support the athlete's physical performance

The student

- can recognize the basics of exercise physiology as part of the athlete's sport-specific training
- can incompletely explain the basics of motor learning in learning and teaching skills
- is not able to classify physical requirements and load factors for different sports
- can recognize sport-specific methods for measuring and testing the physical performance of an athlete
- can implement a sport performance analysis with guidance and needs support in choosing and planning appropriate ways to support the athlete's physical performance

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student

- Partially understands the basics of exercise physiology as part of the athlete's sport-specific training
- Can explain the basics of motor learning in learning and teaching skills
- Can partially classify physical requirements and load factors for different sports
- Can to some extent choose sport-specific methods for measuring and testing the athlete's physical performance
- Can implement a sport performance analysis and choose and plan ways to support the athlete's physical performance
