Objective
The student has a comprehensive view on work and the importance of a well-functioning work community. The student understands that the precondition for a well-functioning work community is the ability to recognise one's own person as part of the work community.
The student is able to develop and assess their own management (self-management), which is always management in relation to another person. The have the basic competencies in human resource management and are able to apply them in productions.Students are able to lead the production team, accepting its diversity, and appreciating and respecting the other members of the team. The student recognises economic planning and monitoring as a management tool. They have the basis knowledge of management and risk management.

- The student clearly recognises the mission of the organisation and their own role as part of the work community
- The student is able to act as a leader of a work group and delegate tasks in a group
- The student understands the importance of economic management as part of management

- The student has a comprehensive view on work and they are able to analytically consider their own professional persona as part of the work community
- The student is able to lead work groups in different operational environments
- The student can utilise budgeting as a management tool
- The student has the ability to manage the organisation also when it is undergoing changes
