Objective
The student is familiar with the basic principles of building project management and knows the prerequisites for a successful project. The student can draw up production plans related to the project management.
Content
- Work safety, development of safety planning at a building site and follow-up systems for safety level.
- Quality management, integrated management system, quality plan for the site and task planning.
- Schedule management and development of schedule planning and schedule control.
- Coordination of work at the site, so-operation and commitment of project parties.
