Objective

Student knows how to set up a project, create a project organization, prepare a project plan with schedules and act as a project manager. The student knows how to use the electronic project planning tool. The student understands the nature of project-type working and can decide when the project working model is necessary.

The student knows perfectly the main project concepts and methods. He is able to do different kind of project plans and analyze them. He a very good understanding of the project implementation and management and leadership.
