Objective
The student knows the essential principles of the Marriage Act and the legal differences between marriage and cohabitation. The student can describe the order of intestate succession and is able to divide an inheritance and calculate inheritance taxes. The student is able to draw up a testament and a marriage settlement.

The student is able to search for the essential legislation concerning Marital Law and Inheritance Code. S/he is able to explain the order of succession, distribution of an inheritance and inheritance taxation.

The student is able to search for and apply in practice the essential legislation concerning Marital Law and Inheritance Code. S/he is able to explain the essential things of the order of succession, divide an inheritance in common cases and calculate inheritance tax.
