Objective
The student understands digitalization and is able to describe its development. He understands the potential of digitalization in business. Students will learn to conceptualize and identify key digital technologies, systems, and infrastructures and learn to apply and evaluate these as needed to develop an organization’s digital business. Students will identify and understand digital business concepts such as mobile technology, cloud computing, e-commerce, big data analytics.
Content
The course introduces the concepts and models of digital business: digital economy, the connection of digital business to the global economy, digital business technologies, data infrastructures and platforms, digital business security, transparency, privacy, and business risks.
