Objective

The student knows the basic structures of the organization, their history, and significance for the organization. They are familiar with different aspects of organizational behavior and are able to apply them in their management. The student knows the duties of the manager and the subordinate and their effects on the work community. He / she recognizes the key managerial roles of different management models and the related skills requirements. During the course, the student will be able to identify his / her own leadership abilities and areas for development. They are familiar with the styles, situations, and means of management communication and can use them.

The student knows the basics of organizational behavior, is able to describe and analyze the tasks of managers and employees. He/she understands the factors influencing the work environment. The student is able to identify the concepts of management communication.

The student is well aware of the basics of organizational behavior, is able to describe and analyze the tasks of managers and employees, and is able to develop a certain working atmosphere. The student is able to recognize the concepts of management communication and also to analyze their use as a support for management.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student knows the basics of organizational behavior very well, is able to describe and analyze the tasks of managers and employees very well and is able to develop a work atmosphere. The student is able to identify concepts of management communication, analyze their use as a support for management and use management communication as an organizational development tool.
