Objective

The student recognizes elements that have an impact on ethical leadership. The student can describe the process of ethical decision-making and relate the process to its antecedents and consequences. The student can analyze ethically challenging situations and suggest solutions, supporting the solutions with argumentation. The student can describe his or her moral code.
