Objective

The student is familiar with the national programmes and recommendations concerning nutrition. The student identifies, knows and can apply the possibilities of the developing of the nutrition quality in food chain especially at the different stages of planning products and services. The student is equipped to design, to execute and to evaluate the development projects of the nutrition quality.

Qualifications

The participation in the course requires the knowledge of Ravitsemustaito (Voutilainen E., Fogelholm M., Mutanen M. 2015) or the similar contents

The student can build the development project of the nutrition quality and can present recommendations and programmes which are related to the developing of the nutrition quality and can utilise them in his own development project.

The student can build nutrition quality development projects and anylyze and justify made choices well. The student commands the recommendations and programmes which are related to the developing of the nutrition quality and can adapt them in his very own development project.

The student can build nutrition quality development projects and anylyze and justify made choices from many sides. The student commands the recommendations and programmes which are related to the developing of the nutrition quality and can adapt them widely in his own development project.
