Objective

The student can manage his/her research team and make a constructive contribution to the research seminar. The student recognizes roles played by digitalisation in business growth and can analyze the context of his/her thesis from the perspective of growth. The student can leverage the expertise of others in furthering his / her development project.

Content

Expert lectures and literature related to the theme, seminar.

Qualifications

Student must have master’s thesis topic chosen, topic must relate to growth and/or digitalisation.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student can, supported by supervisor, recognize in his/her development project separable elements with objectives, can with some guidance describe needs relating to them clearly and can participate in assessing to what degree objectives have been reached. The student participates in seminar. The student can express some relationships between digitalisation and his/her development project.

The student can, supported by supervisor, recognize in his/her development project separable elements with objectives, can describe needs relating to them clearly and assess to what degree objectives have been reached. The student can coordinate the activities of his / her research and development team. The student participates constructively in seminar. The student can describe the role of digitalisation in growth from the perspective of his / her development project.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student can dexterously lead the work in his / her research and development team. The student participates in seminar actively and constructively. The student can clearly describe the role of digitalisation in growth from the perspective of his/her development project.
