Objective
The student understands the project connect to the corporate strategy. They are able to understood how to prioritize, select, and manage a collection of projects and programs aligned with their overall strategic objectives and business goals. The student is aware of the benefits and opportunities of the PMO. The student knows the maturity models of project work and is able to take advantage of them.
