The student
- knows how to work in accordance with nursing values, ethical principles and guidelines and knows how to evaluate their implementation in daily work.
- knows how to act responsibly and patient-safely in nursing work.
- knows how to interact professionally and therapeutically with clients/patients of different ages and backgrounds and their close relatives.
- knows how to respond to the customer/patient's need for care using nursing assistance methods and record them structurally.
- can act in accordance with the principles of infection control and justify their importance in nursing work.
- knows how to assess the resources of different patients and their next-of-skin in a client-oriented way and knows how to support them.
- knows how to act in first aid situations and in providing emergency first aid.
- knows how to act in accordance with the principles of rehabilitative nursing.
- knows how to counsel the client/patient to the necessary clinical and physiological examinations.

Qualifications
Starting the internship requires participation in the skills-labs and simulation exercises of the Basic skills of clinical nursing, Rehabilitative nursing and First Aid, Drug Care and Calculations- courses, as well as the approved completion of drug calculations.
