Financial Support for Management (12 ECTS) gives participants the ability to understand budgeting, ERP systems, and financial analysis as part of management. The training topics are closely linked to the core management of the company or organization and the goal is that the participant gets the training tools to be used in strategic planning and management OR as part of the management package.
