The study module provides a comprehensive understanding of the basic principles of law and business law. It includes an introduction to the Finnish legal system, key legal concepts and laws, and contract drafting. After completing the study module, you will be able to act as a party to a contract and draft contracts, as well as to describe the practices and legal status of the different parties involved in contract processes. You will also learn about the responsibilities, regulations and rights of partnerships and limited liability companies.
