Objective
Good self-management skills will help managers work purposefully and effectively utilizing their own resources. After completing the course the student understands the significance of self-management. They recognize the factors that affect their behavior as well as their strengths and development sites for self-management in different areas. The student knows the ways to develop self-knowledge and change readiness.
Content
1) Self-knowledge
- the student understands different personality approaches and is able to recognize and reflect one's own values and attitudes, to use one's own temperament and to recognize the factors that influence one's own motivation
2) Life management
- interaction styles, time management, willingness to change and professional identity

The student is aware of the importance and components of self-management. The learning journal has minimal analysis of its own and lecture materials as well as discussions have not been noted. The development plan falls short.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student knows and knows how to take advantage of the elements of self-management. In addition to its own analysis, lectures and discussions have also been taken into account in the journal of learning. The development plan contains the criteria required for it.
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
The student is able to analyze and develop self-management. The portfolio comprehensively includes the perspective and development of self-management, taking into account lectures and other material. The development plan is realistic and helps the development of the student's own competence and self-knowledge.
