Objective
The students can define the most important pathogens and their metabolic products in animal production. They can describe how these pathogens spread. They can interpret information on zoonooses and use the one heath-concept professionally.

The students can satisfactorily recognise basic concepts in microbiology. They can name some important pathogens or toxins and give examples of their effects.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
The student can recognise basic concepts in microbial and chemical safety, and is able to implement them to different types of problems. They can describe examples of one health-concept.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The students know microbial and chemical concepts excellently, and are able to judge different types of problems. Students are able to combine their knowledge in the one-health concept..
