Objective

The student has the basic knowledge about digitalization in general and particularly in project work. The studenty has the ability to participate in the selection and implementation of digital tools in project work and project planning.

Content

The general digitalization development, digital project management tools for individual project (e.g. MS Project) and project portfolio.
Utilization of AI in project work (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot)
