Content

Plan for practical training. Work placement and the period of the work. Working period at least 8 weeks. Written report. Workplace references. 120- 140 ECTS credits.
This practical training period is carried out in collaboration with work life or during international exchange programs, or in another way as agreed with the lecturer. Assignments.
A) International exchange as a training opportunity. The student must have completed 120 credits before the international exchange.
A separate plan is made for student exchange.

B) If the internship takes place at the student`s own workplace, the student must fill in a study plan.
The student records the goals of the study module as well as the self-evaluation and the feedback of the designated nurse supervisor in the Workseed and delivers the completed and certified work hours to the supervising teacher. 175 working hours.
The student must have completed 140 ECTS and have a valid nurse's employment contract so that the student can carry out the optional internship. During the training, it must be possible to perform/deepen the tasks of a registered nurse that correspond to the learning objectives of the training in the operating unit.

Qualifications

The student has completes 120-140 ECTS credits of Nursing studies depending on implementation.

The student
- inadequately describes the learning objectives, implementation and evaluation of the practical training.
- does not achieve the learning objectives for practical training.
- the assignments are missing.
