Objective

The student
-can apply current health promotion research data and other evidence in client / patient work.
-identifies the health risk factors of their clients / patients and is able to target early support to those who need it.
-is able to plan and implement health and functional promotion interventions for individuals and groups with clients / patients and in multi-professional cooperation.
-identifies existing and new health threats and is able to integrate them into the promotion of the health of clients / patients.
-can describe the strategies of key national and international social and health policy programs from the perspective of health promotion.
- is familiar with the principles of sustainable development.

-knows part of the concepts related to national and global health, epidemiological research methods and statistics used to describe and control national and global health.
-to some extent, is able to read research material and to use research knowledge to identify causes of health differences and the background of prevalent diseases.
-attitude to the different health problems and health promotion is professional, to some extent, but his/her knowledge of methods are still somewhat lacking.
- knows the principles of sustainable development

The student
-partly knows the concepts related to national and global health, epidemiological research methods and statistics used to describe and control national and global health.
-is able to read research and partly use research knowledge to identify causes of health differences and the background of prevalent diseases.
-has a professional attitude regarding different health problems and health promotion.
