Objective

The student knows the basic structures of the organization, their historical background and significance of the activities of the organization. He knows the various aspects of organizational behavior and know how to apply them to the management activities.

The student knows the entity of supervisory work. He knows the different roles, responsibilities and obligations of the manager. He knows how to solve a variety of workplace problem situations. He is able to assess and develop employee well-being management practices. Students are able to define and explain the various ways to assess, identify and develop expertise within the organization. He is able to apply knowledge management methods in cooperation with the organization's management. He also knows how to take advantage of skills management business management tool.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student has command of organizational behavior and supervisory work as described in course targets and he/she is able to use them at work. He/she is interested in organizational behavior and leadership and strives forward.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student has a good command of organizational behaviorand supervisory work and is able to implement them in jobs related to this choice of career, like as manager and leader. He/she is able to evaluate his/her learning and analyze connections of the various content. The student is aware of his/her development needs.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student has an extensive and deep command of organizational behavior and supervisory work. He/she is able to justify and argue theories, concepts, methods and principles of learned content. The student works unprompted and is able to apply leadership into practice at work place and develop his/her own work and procedures of work community.
