Objective

The student
-learns to observe the human factors that cause mistakes in nursing.
-competence in clinical decision-making and nursing ethics increases.
- develops ability to reflect on his or her own actions, as well as to think about action models that can be used to avoid mistakes in -gets the courage to point out mistakes in nursing and gets tools to deal with mistakes. By developing our own operations, it is possible to create a safer nursing environment for patients, relatives and nursing staff.
