Objective

Students will:

- use the client's rehabilitation plan to inform their work
- further their rehabilitation competence by studying the multiprofessional rehabilitation process of disabled children
-learn to explain the main benefits granted by the Social Insurance Institution KELA to clients in rehabilitation
-learn the various areas of rehabilitation and the respective providers
-learn to describe the most important rehabilitation laws
-use the ICF classification to assess rehabilitation clients' ability to function and rehabilitation goals
-use the principles of GAS to set rehabilitation goals

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Students:
-can to some extent tell about a client's rehabilitation plan but are unable to use it to inform their work
-the assignment on a rehabilitation pathway, designed to further student's competence in multiprofessional rehabilitation, is limited
-can describe some areas of rehabilitation and benefits granted by the Social Insurance Institution KELA to rehabilitation clients
-are able to mention 1-2 rehabilitation laws
-are able to describe some principles pertaining to the ICF classification and the Goal Attainment Scaling (GAS) method

Students:
-are mainly able to describe a client's rehabilitation plan and to use it to inform their work
-carry out a good assignment on a rehabilitation pathway to further their competence in multiprofessional rehabilitation
