Objective

The student knows the different levels and factors of organizational behavior and can utilize them in work and management. He knows what influences human activities in organizations and can make choices related to organizations. The student knows the factors belonging to the individual, group, and organizational level in organizations and the work community, and their impact on the success of the company.

The student knows the tasks of the supervisor and the effects of close management on the work community. He identifies the characteristics and benefits of key leadership models. The student can identify their management skills and areas for development.

The student is well acquainted with the basics of organizational behavior, is able to describe and analyze the tasks, responsibilities, and management models of the supervisor well, and can develop the activities of the individual and the group in the work community.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student has an excellent knowledge of the basics of organizational behavior, can describe and analyze the tasks, responsibilities, and management models of the supervisor very well, and can develop the activities of the individual and the group in the work community.
