Objective

After completing the course, the student will be able to utilize market court solutions in public procurement and identify the tasks and role of the Market Court in public procurement.

The course deals with market court solutions in public procurement. The course introduces students to the Market Court's reasoning for accepting or rejecting complaints in various procurements and different procurement situations, such as procedures, benchmarks, and reporting.

The student has completed the given tasks / sections. The student is familiar with the tasks and role of the Market Court in public procurement. The student recognizes the decisions of the Market Court in public procurement.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student has completed the given tasks / sections well and has participated actively in the course. The student is able to apply and utilize the solutions of the Market Court in the preparation phase of the acquisition.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student has performed the given tasks / sections with great praise and has participated actively and constructively in the course. The student is able to form arguments based on the decisions of the Market Court for his / her own choices at different stages of the procurement process, both in the role of the contracting entity and the tenderer.
