Objective

A student can describe the key concepts and theories related to business growth and analyze growth strategies. The student can explain the prerequisites for growth and its consequences. The student identifies key conceptual tensions related to strategic renewal. The student can analyze a company’s value creation and revenue logic in a changing world and identify and evaluate new business opportunities.

The student attempts to identify new business opportunities, though the analysis is partially incomplete. The student can apply strategy tools in a limited way. The student evaluates their own learning in a limited manner.

The student uses concepts appropriately and applies them accurately. The student comprehensively analyzes the operational environment and its changes. The student systematically applies strategy tools. The student can identify a new business opportunity for the company and evaluate it credibly. The student can somewhat evaluate their own learning.
