Objective
Good self-management skills will help managers work purposefully and effectively utilizing their own resources. After completing the course the student identifies the significance of self-management. They recognize the factors that affect their behavior as well as their strengths and development sites for self-management in different areas. The student knows how to use the ways to develop self-knowledge and change readiness. Can take advantage of this when working in the work community and in supervisory work.
