The student
-is able to work in accordance with the values, ethical principles and guidelines of nursing and is able to evaluate their implementation in daily work.

-is adequately familiar with ethical issues and able to discuss and analyse them, making a difference between evidence-based and everyday knowledge.
-knows how to search information on individual topics and demonstrates an awareness of the knowledge foundation in nursing.
- is able to act as a team member and to assess his/her strengths and development needs.
- knows the principles of sustainable development in drug care

The student
-is well familiar with ethical issues and able to discuss and analyse them logically and coherently.
-knows how to search information from various sources and base their arguments on multiple contemporary sources.
-is well prepared to act as a team member and to develop himself/herself.
-knows and can use the principles of sustainable development in drug care

-is very well familiar with ethical issues and is able to discuss and analyse them logically and coherently.
-knows how to search information from various sources and critically base arguments on multiple contemporary sources.
-as a team member, the student acts in a solution-focused manner, sharing knowledge and developing himself/herself.
-knows and can implement the principles of sustainable development

-do not adequately base his/her arguments on the ethical principles or knowledge foundation of nursing.
-is not adequately familiar with the ethical knowledge foundation of nursing and uses it narrowly.
