Objective

Student is able to evaluate relationships between professionals and clients as part of social services and to explain various principles, limitations and possibilities of a client centered approach. Student recognizes the role of national networks. Student can plan, lead and evaluate client processes and evaluate effects. Student understands meaning of efficiency assessment.

Presumed roles of professionals and clients, the client centered approach, clients’ possibilities to influence services and systems of producing services.
Co-operation and networks of different actors.
Evaluation of client processes.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Student presents roles of professionals and clients and to name principles of the client centered approach. Student recognizes co-operation and networks of different actors. Student recognizes evaluation of client processes.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Student is able to compare various roles of professionals and clients and their consequences for the service provision. Student is able to interpret the principles and practices of the client centered approach from different perspectives. Student explains co-operation and networks of different actors. Student structures evaluation of client processes.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Student is able to evaluate various roles of professionals and clients and the means and limitations of the client centered approach, relating them to the limits and possibilities of social services set by society. Student explains and can advance a multidisciplinary co-operation and networks. Student analyzes evaluation of client processes.
