Objective

Students identify specific issues related to family businesses and can take into account their impact on the activities and management of family businesses. The student knows the key areas of generational change and is able to plan the implementation of a generation change.

The student is well acquainted with the special features of a family business and can take into account their impact on the company's operations.
The student recognizes the key areas of generation change.
The student is able to plan different perspectives for the company's generation change

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student recognizes the special features of a family business and can take into account their impact on the company's operations.
The student recognizes the key areas of the generation change.
The student can plan the implementation of a company's generational change from a variety of perspectives.
