Objective

After completing the course the student is aware of the whole work of supervisors and knows the basics of successful supervisor work. He understands the manager's various roles, responsibilities and obligations. He/she is able to deal with different supervisor-employee interaction situations and solve different work community problem situations. They are able to evaluate and develop workplace wellbeing management practices. The student is able to define and explain different ways to evaluate, identify and develop competencies in an organization. He/she can apply knowledge management methods in cooperation with the organization's management. He/she can also use competence management as a business management tool.
